Nice gutiar. It's cool how it all sounds like it's not quite 'in your head' but it is. Well, that didn't sound right. Cool break - how'd you do that, pick scratch?

Dunno why, but this just resonates with me on a weird level. Something I don't hear in other music. I like your style.

That's a great riff--way down deep in the groove. Just full of latent energy. Love the chorus too--great melodic hook in there. Not happy music by any stretch--but it really feels good.

Retro elements...but brought right up to date and encompassed within your own distinctive style. Great sound, kind of mesmeric and mind consuming...great song, good performance! Clapping

the guitars aren't quite popping out of the mix like the drums are..i'm guessing this was an earlier track than the others?

i agree with dkeifer, there's a cool amorphous kind of riff in the wall of guitars, love the e-bow parts, just the right amount of delay on them. another solid track - good stuff.

Yeah...in fact, out of all of the songs currently posted, this is the first (and my first digital self-recording all around...Hiding). The Shell of I was the last of this type of sound/mix. Happy Cry

This strikes me as having kind of a “Gish”-era Smashing Pumpkins vibe, albeit with smoother changes and more of a Bowiesque audible sneer…not a bad combo, that.
I could stand a little more crispness in the vocals, y’know, not necessarily louder but more “up front”. This is a vocal melody that deserves to be heard, lyrics that deserve to be understood. Just one slob’s opinion, of course, but I think it could’ve made an enjoyable listening experience even more so.

I must say this is very good. Very dynamic sounding & arrangement, cool melodies & vocals, awesome guitar riffs and the beats fit the vibes of the song really well...Very tough feel to this one. Great stuff, pretty hot!!

The 'light' beats don't seem to fit for me within this tune. I'd prefer heavier, more organic soundign beats, flesh, blood & bones feeling...
Never the less, the tune is good.

I'm feeling this. Layers and layers of sound, make it thick. I like.

Are your drums recorded or sequenced? The hihat sounds kinda synthetic. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Try changing the sound. Nodding

Hot song. Download and playlist. Groovin

Hot damn, those guitars are cool. Everything melds together very well, excluding the chime with the drum track, which for some reason doesn't work for me. Your vocals are sick! Keep it up, dude.

Clapping Great stuff here. I can definitely say now that Smashing Pumpkins are one of your major influences. Would that be right? :)) (Very Happy)

Awesome riff and those vocals rule! Was the buzzing at the start of the track intentional? It sounds pretty awesome. In my opinion, the levels toward the end of the song could have be adjusted a little better, but still pretty cool.

At first, I said to myself "Pssh...sounds like punk, not stoner music"
But then all of a sudden this bend in the music came along and I said :o (Eeek!)h.

THIS IS
stoner
music.

Too grungy to be punk anyway. Too good to be punk, haha.

Awesome stuff...lyrics are a little hard to pick out of the effects. Maybe I just need to hear it on Hifi; this song definitely deserves it.

I like the long viscous floating lead.
It actually inspires me for the lead part of a song I'm working on right now...loved the windy sound of the end.
Thumbs Up

I love your vocals man. Sorry I haven't been around in awhile. I really appreciate your guitar skills and writing ability. Yes your vocals are hidden pretty badly which kinda sucks but this is your first digital mix? You will get used to it. I love the lead hear too, I think once you get a hang of mixing digitally you will make this wide, evened and totally hot. The song itself is fricken awesome. Great stuff man.
